Lease Length & Prices

We require at least 1 year leases. There are no surprise costs the quoted prices are the price you will pay (plus GST to the taxman). Longer term leases of 1+ years are more than welcome as well.

 

Your Neighbours

The building is designed to be a professional building and such your neighbours will be companies like accountants, technology companys, dentists, realtors, counsellers, lawyers, graphic designers, and other professional type business. We reserve the right to refuse renting to a company that we feel with not be a good fit for the feel of the building.
